Inside the restaurant, there is a live fish tank, and you can relax at the counter surrounding the chefs or at the tables in the back. You can easily place orders from a tablet, and the paper menu is also easy to check. The sashimi platter with three types and the nigiri are all fresh, and the flavor of the fish comes through strongly. The seared bonito is free of any unpleasant smell and can be enjoyed refreshingly with raw garlic, myoga ginger, and momiji oroshi (grated daikon with chili). The rare fried horse mackerel can be eaten down to the bones, providing a pleasant texture, and it pairs well with tartar sauce. The seafood bowl for lunch comes topped with tuna, negitoro (minced tuna with green onion), shrimp, and includes red miso soup, with a generous amount of vinegared rice that provides a satisfying experience.
