As soon as I sat down, the cabbage was served, and I was excited by the typical Hakata-style start. The skewers ranged from classics to rolls, and I enjoyed choosing from options like tomato rolls, cheese rolls, and shimeji mushroom rolls. The sauce had a good balance of sweet and spicy flavors and was rich, while the salted skewers maintained a consistent and just-right taste. The chicken skin was fragrant and crispy, and I loved it at first bite. The pig's trotters had a unique aroma and were wonderfully soft and delicious. The interior had sunken kotatsu seating, allowing for a relaxed experience, and the kimchi fried rice was also satisfying in flavor.
