This is a cozy shop located at the end of a narrow street, and upon entering, it feels bright and calming. There are counters and tables available, and it's enjoyable to look at the menu posted on the wall. The grilled gyoza has a crispy surface and a fragrant aroma, making it very delicious. The cartilage, when combined with cabbage, has a crunchy texture that makes you want to keep reaching for more. The grilled offal pairs well with chopped onions and a slightly sweet sauce, making it a perfect match for beer. For the finale, the garlic ramen, which is a specialty reminiscent of old-fashioned Chinese noodles, is served. Mixing in grated garlic adds a punch to the refreshing broth, allowing you to finish it all in one go.
