The Italian restaurant located inside a hot spring hotel has a visible oven that adds excitement. Every dish using local ingredients is delicious, and the appetizers come in smaller sizes, allowing you to enjoy them little by little. The oven-baked pizza has a light and easy-to-eat crust, and I really liked the combination of shirasu (whitebait) and karasumi (dried mullet roe). The fresh pasta carbonara is also very satisfying in flavor. The pasta with sausage and broccoli is generously filled with ingredients, and the slight spiciness is a nice accent. The wine selection is extensive, and they serve a glass that pairs well with the dishes, while the staff's energy is pleasant.
