A treasure trove of Sri Lankan cuisine, 'GRAND CEYLON'

GRAND CEYLON is a Sri Lankan restaurant located in the heart of Kumagaya City, offering an authentic buffet-style lunch that changes daily. The interior has a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a Japanese family restaurant, where you can enjoy a variety of dishes infused with diverse spices. The rice made with turmeric and indica rice, along with the richly aromatic curry dishes, captivate many diners.

Sri Lankan cuisine is lined up, and it's fun to be able to serve a little bit of what you like. There is a wide variety of curries, and you can enjoy a change in flavor by mixing pork, fish, dal, pumpkin, and eggs. When you break the papad into crispy pieces and add it, the texture is great and you can't stop eating. In addition to white rice and pilaf, there are also rice flour noodles that go well with the curry. The dessert is a refreshing type that can be taken out of the refrigerator, making it perfect for cleansing the palate. They also offer takeout, and the staff packs it tightly into containers, which makes me very satisfied.
