Right in front of the bus stop in Kitaseidai, it's easy to just drop in. Once inside, there are counter seats lined up, and in the back, there are tatami rooms where you can relax. The ingredients are very fresh and thick, and the balance with the rice is pleasant. The salt-grilled eel has a wonderful aroma and is one of my favorites, and the hand-rolled seaweed is crispy and feels great. The gentle sweetness of the egg also leaves an impression. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of cutting the children's sushi into smaller pieces, and the snacks on the blackboard are exciting to look at.
