A tonkatsu restaurant offering homely and professional flavors

Tonhachi is a family-run tonkatsu restaurant located near Nakayama Station. They serve tender and juicy tonkatsu, thick prawn fry, and delicious red miso soup. Their dressings and pickles are also exquisite, creating a wonderful blend of homely warmth and professional flavors. Popular Local Tonkatsu Tonpachi Nakayama 3.38★ on the food log Business Hours [LUNCH] 11:00～14:30 [Evening] 17:00-22:00 17:00-22:00 Closed Wednesdays and the 3rd Tuesday of the month Tonkatsu restaurant near Nakayama Station. Located at the end of an alley, it may be difficult to find. Ramen Kagetsu is the landmark. The interior of the restaurant looks like an old-fashioned set meal restaurant. I visited the restaurant after 12:00 p.m., but most of the customers were businessmen. I think the restaurant is loved by the locals because it was almost fully booked. There is a tatami room in the back of the restaurant, and most of the customers are guided there. The menu we ordered Daily lunch set 850 yen (tax included) (Salad and rice can be refilled freely) I ordered the standard daily special menu. Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) and fried horse mackerel came with the set. The salad and rice are free refills, and the cost is very reasonable. The cutlets were not too greasy and the batter was crispy, so they were easy to eat. However, each piece of meat is large, so it may be difficult for women to finish it.
