When I made a reservation and arrived, the food was served smoothly as soon as I sat down. The eel, taken from the live tank, was fragrant and the flesh was fluffy. The mildly sweet sauce soaked into the rice, making it impossible to stop eating. The liver soup and homemade pickles had a gentle flavor, providing a nice accent. The warm greetings from the staff were pleasant, and I felt comfortable. There were also various snacks besides eel, which made me want to try a different combination next time.
