The calm interior with only a counter is clean and comfortable. Orders are limited to set meals, and you can choose whether to have green onions in the miso soup and whether to have carrot or lemon-flavored dressing. Three types of meat are served on a hot iron plate, and each one is moist and tender. A salad full of vegetables and carefully prepared pickled vegetables are included, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. The rice cooked in a pot has a wonderful aroma and can be refilled. To finish, mixing soy sauce with egg and chives to make a raw egg over rice greatly enhances the sense of satisfaction.
