The fried pig's feet are crispy and fragrant, making them hard to resist. The horse sashimi, when paired with green onions and ginger, really enhances the flavor. They also offer takeout, and if you call ahead, the pickup is smooth, and the service is pleasant. The menu includes sashimi made with fish from Amakusa, which pairs perfectly with sake and beer.
