A Specialty Shop to Enjoy Niigata's Famous Hegi Soba and Tare Katsu Don

The hegi soba, known for its pleasant texture and strong chewiness, is served chilled, releasing a refreshing aroma with every bite. The crispy tare katsu don, coated in a sweet sauce, is also popular and pairs perfectly with the soba. Located within the Nanko ATC, this establishment allows you to savor authentic flavors from Niigata in between shopping and leisure activities.

This is a shop located on the second floor of ATC. They offer Niigata's tare-katsu don, which features crispy thin-cut pork cutlets that pair well with a rich sauce. Even the mini size is satisfying, making it enjoyable to eat. The soba has just the right amount of elasticity, and the smooth texture is pleasant to the throat. It's also nice that you can switch to hegi soba if you wish, as its unique texture is quite addictive. The accompanying nozawana pickles are delicious, leaving you satisfied until the end.
