The local atmosphere is pleasant, and every dish is more delicious than expected. It's popular, so I reserved a seat in advance. In addition to the premium beef tongue, short ribs, and skirt steak, the tripe, pork intestines, and raw beef stomach have a great texture that keeps you coming back for more. Without using unnecessary sauces, the combination of salt and pepper with condiments (garlic, green onions, and chili) creates a perfect flavor. The ice-cold draft beer goes down smoothly and pairs perfectly with the grilled meat. The finishing tail soup is rich and flavorful, and adding some spicy sauce enhances the delicious spiciness, leaving you satisfied.
