The interior of the restaurant, with its well-arranged counter and tables, was calm, allowing me to relax immediately. When I ordered the Japanese-style pork cutlet with sauce over rice, the crispy pork cutlet was beautifully arranged on top of fluffy eggs, raising my expectations. The flavorful Japanese sauce spread throughout the rice, making it enjoyable until the last bite. The pork cutlet was cut into bite-sized pieces, making it easy to eat with chopsticks and pleasant to finish. The accents of green onions and pickled ginger were refreshing, adding a nice contrast to the flavor and preventing it from becoming monotonous. It was delightful to experience such satisfaction in a relaxed suburban setting, and I felt warm-hearted all the way home.
