In a long-standing brewery, the atmosphere of careful sake-making is conveyed. It has a clean taste that allows you to feel the blessings of pure water, with aromas that gently spread. The Yamahai Junmai of Tedori River is refreshing and goes down smoothly. The Ishikawa-mon of Yoshida Brewery and the Hyakumangoku no Shiro have a subtle spiciness, making them enjoyable and light. The changes after opening are also interesting, and I love when fruity aromas emerge. The shop is calm and easy to browse, which makes it pleasant to choose without hesitation.
