■This is a thick, flaky pork bone with a strong soy sauce flavor! Ramen shop in Wakayama Ramen Noodle store Wakayama station A 10-minute walk from Wakayama Station. This ramen restaurant has a good reputation among both tourists and locals. Visited for "Wakayama Ramen". The restaurant is spacious, with counter seats on both walls and table seats in the middle. Very efficient. After midnight, the restaurant was so busy that there were 5 or 6 people in line, so it would be better to visit at a later time. The restaurant's standard menu item is "Negi Ramen" (green onion ramen). Menu ♦Ramen (Negi Ramen) set (with rice) 800 yen When I saw the ramen that came out, I was surprised. It was covered with leeks. So many leeks. I laughed because I could not see the ramen. Is this "normal"? The base flavor is pork bone soy sauce. However, compared to Yokohama Iekei Ramen, it has a stronger soy sauce taste and is more sharp. The floppy texture characteristic of Iheke Ramen is still there. The soy sauce is strong and sharp, so it does not linger and is easy to eat. It is easy to eat. Ie-kei ramen is different from Yokohama Ie-kei. Personally, I prefer this one. This is why I decided to visit other ramen shops in Wakayama. I highly recommend this ramen to those who like Ihekei-style ramen in Tokyo. If you go to Nanki-Shirahama on vacation, please stop by.
