After several years, I visited the restaurant with my wife. It's a bit disappointing that photography is prohibited. We went with the 'omakase' option. Each dish is prepared with care, and the rice pairs perfectly with all the toppings. The Edomae-style sushi made with only natural ingredients is delicious. This time, the highlights were especially the yellowtail, sweet shrimp, medium fatty tuna, fatty tuna, and sea urchin. The tuna and sea urchin were sourced from Tokyo (Toyosu?). The sea urchin from Hokkaido was lucky as it just arrived today, having not been available until yesterday. I want to ask various questions, but I always get caught up in the chef's pace of conversation and couldn't ask this time either.

The atmosphere of the shop, the ingredients, the chef's spirit! It was the best time! I went for the first time, but it felt like I had been there before. I will definitely go again next time! I want to take someone important with me. I became a fan of the chef on my first visit. He is very charming, a true Edo person. The deliciousness of the sushi, the atmosphere in the shop, was the best sushi I have ever had! Thank you for the meal!

The food was delicious. The alcohol was also decent. However, I felt that the service and atmosphere were somewhat lacking. If you can overlook that, I think it's a wonderful place. Since it's a shop run by elderly people in the countryside, I think it's somewhat understandable.

I was able to enjoy my meal while listening to the owner's story. Since the noren (shop curtain) was not out, I arrived a little early and was a bit unsure if I could enter. The sushi was very delicious. I would like to visit again.
