Beef Stroganoff/Omelette Bolognaise/Pizza (Sardine) We went to a restaurant we had been curious about. The restaurant is located by the river with a view of Inuyama Castle. Upon entering the restaurant, I was surprised to see the interior design and atmosphere of the restaurant. I could feel the history of the place, but I think it must have been designed in a fashionable way among the buildings of the time. (I don't have any knowledge of architecture, so I have no idea what I'm talking about.) The lighting, ceramic figurines, paintings, musical instruments, and the high ceiling make for a spacious restaurant. Maybe it was a place where people from all walks of life gathered to enjoy food and music. The nice owner brings us the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the background music combine to create a Ghibli world. The beef stroganoff is refreshingly different from its colorful impression. As a Bolognese lover, I couldn't miss the omelette Bolognese. The sauce and eggs were well mixed with the chunky noodles, making me happy. The pizza with oil sardine, which I ordered because I thought it was unusual, was also delicious. The thinness of the dough is also wonderful. Maybe the atmosphere would be different if we go there at lunch time? I will have to visit again.
