Cheese and wine are the main attractions in a cozy space. The aged cheeses selected by knowledgeable individuals are well-cared for and pair excellently with the dishes. In particular, the pasta with aged cheese has a wonderful aroma of mushrooms and a perfect balance of spices, clinging beautifully to the thin noodles. We also enjoyed prosciutto and olive chicken, and a wine expert recommended the perfect glass. For lunch, after the carefully prepared dishes, we were very satisfied to enjoy dessert, which was a rare cheesecake and coffee. There are times when the service is slow, but I believe the ability to savor the experience calmly is one of the strengths of this restaurant.
