Saga Prefecture had it too. From Sasebo to Hakata in one go, boom! The driver, working hard all by himself! It must be tiring sometimes! And then, we stopped at Kawato SA, which looks like Saga Prefecture! Tempura and Sasebo burgers are sold outside! I suddenly looked at the tempura shop and found another Hatoshi-roll! I can't eat them when I'm back in Osaka! Let's eat! On the menu Jako-ten (fish cake) 280 yen Eso-ten 280 yen Champonten 280 yen Hatoshi roll 200 yen Iwashi Ryugan 280 yen Kakuni Mamen 350 yen Kakuni Mamen What's that? This is the same Marunaka Honpo JR Sasebo store where I bought the Hatoshi Roll at Sasebo station. I asked the clerk about it, and he said it was the same as I thought! Then, I bought a Hatoshi-roll, thinking it was delicious! (200 yen here, 210 yen at Sasebo station) Why is it 10 yen cheaper? I bought it right away and will have it in the SA. When I split it in half, I thought, "Oh, no~". The inside is brown. The bread on the outside is also crispy and fluffy! The bread at Sasebo station was a bread with a bite, so it was delicious! The fish paste is delicious, but I prefer the shrimp. I guess it depends on your taste... If you're allergic to shellfish, this is better.
