The seafood is the main focus, and the freshness is clearly conveyed. The thick sashimi is satisfying and very fulfilling. The fried soft-shell crab is crispy and incredibly delicious, making it hard to stop eating. The tempura includes white fish along with matsutake mushrooms and asparagus, providing a delightful aroma and texture. The grilled fish is served individually, allowing for a calm and enjoyable tasting experience. For the finale, there is chazuke or rice in a chimaki style, ensuring enjoyment until the very end.
