While stopping by during a drive, the bright exterior caught my eye. Although the inside was almost full, the staff moved smoothly and guided me to a seat right away. The soba that was brought to me had thin noodles with a firm texture, and the moment I slurped it, a wonderful aroma spread. Two types of dipping sauce were prepared, and each flavor paired well with the noodles, making it enjoyable without getting tired of it. The crispy tempura had a sweetness from the ingredients, and when combined with the accompanying bonito flakes, the flavor was further enhanced. Even the soba crunch served after the meal was delicious, making me feel that the drive was worth it.
