The skewers grilled over charcoal are fragrant and delicious. The skewering is done carefully, and I particularly enjoyed the pork belly, chicken gizzards, liver, and chicken skin. The fried squid tentacles, fried cheese, horse sashimi, enoki mushrooms wrapped in bacon, and pig's trotters are also fun to snack on. The finishing dish, peperoncino, has an excellent aroma and flavor that brings a smile to my face. The interior has both a counter and tatami seating, creating a comfortable Showa-era atmosphere. There are many local regulars, making it lively, and I understand that it is a restaurant run by someone who honed their skills at a hotel for many years.
