In a traditional offal grill restaurant, the warm atmosphere is comforting. The miso-based beef offal stew is rich in flavor, with a mild saltiness, and the offal is tender and excellent. The skewers, including liver, white offal, and meatballs, are all fragrant, and the signature dish, shiso-wrapped offal, has a flavor that becomes addictive. The textures of the head meat, kobukuro, and heart are also enjoyable, making it easy to drink. Dishes with plenty of green onions, chicken skin with ponzu, and the refreshing taste of ume cucumber are well-balanced. It's great that it's just a short walk from the station and also offers takeout.
