Inagawa Shuzoten

Inagawa Sake Brewery is the only sake brewery in Inawashiro Town, Fukushima Prefecture, with a history dating back to 1848 (the first year of the Kaei era). It is characterized by its adherence to traditional techniques from the Aizu region and the use of pure water from Mount Bandai in its sake production. The 'Shichijuro' series, in particular, boasts a diverse lineup of unfiltered sake in white, black, red, and blue varieties, offering a refreshing aroma and a crisp mouthfeel. It is an excellent place to experience delicious local sake in Inawashiro Town.
