The store, filled with the scent of tatami, offers a relaxing space from the counter to the raised seating area. The demonstration of tatami-making visible through the glass was exciting as it allowed us to feel the craftsmanship up close. The matcha latte was beautifully decorated with careful art, and its mellow flavor slowly healed the body. The chilled matcha canelé, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, had a surprisingly elegant aroma reminiscent of vanilla. The hot sandwich with tuna and spices, along with the fragrant coffee, was authentic and made it hard to stop eating. Additionally, it's great that you can experience making small items using tatami edges in workshops, and the availability of power outlets and Wi-Fi makes it a comfortable place to spend time.
