This is a quiet and cozy little shop located on a side street of the shopping district. The cuisine is infused with the essence of Cantonese flavors, offering a refined taste. The oyster and seaweed spring rolls have a light and crispy skin, releasing a gentle aroma of the sea. The steamed chicken with scallion sauce features tender thigh meat that is rich in flavor. The stir-fried shrimp and scallops are prepared in a Hong Kong style, providing a delightful mix of crunchy textures. Although it can get crowded and you may have to wait, I am very satisfied with the meticulous work and thoughtful attention to detail.
