I thought I wouldn't eat again that day, but I ate a lot of ramen for lunch (lol). : : :. ☘Danreiso soba noodles (💴700) In a broth made from Hyuga Chicken and Cochin whole chicken. Combined with seafood broth such as scallop, kelp, jaw, and bonito, and sweetness of vegetables, Nuchimasu is used to make this light salt soup. The soup is as light and gentle as its transparent appearance, The depth of the Japanese soup stock also spreads. The noodles are made of Japanese whole wheat flour with high water content. They are chewy and elastic. However, perhaps because they are medium-thick, the wheatiness of the noodles is a little lifted.
