The shop that unexpectedly appears in the back alley has a modest exterior that you might easily pass by, but once you step inside, you are greeted by a warm, modern design. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy to park your car, so you can feel at ease when you drop by. Inside, there are about twenty seats, including table and counter seating, adorned with handmade goat decorations that are soothing just to look at. The specialty dish, chicken nanban, has a perfect balance of sweet and sour, and comes with three side dishes, which adds a touch of care. The hamburgers are small, with two pieces served, and the homemade demi-glace sauce is rich and flavorful. Eating it with a hearty miso soup is comforting. Even when I requested a large serving of rice, it was cooked perfectly fluffy, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
