The interior is clean and spacious, allowing for a calm dining experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, making it easy to visit even alone. The cold soba noodles are well-chilled, have a nice elasticity, are slightly thick, and have a pleasant aroma, with a generous portion. The dipping sauce has a balanced flavor of sweetness and dashi, leaving a light and pleasant aftertaste that encourages you to continue eating. The accompanying kakiage rice bowl features a strong onion flavor, with a crispy and light batter, and a gently sweet sauce that pairs well with the rice. The soba broth at the end is easy to drink and provides a high level of satisfaction.
