The domestically produced eel is fluffy and tender, and I am very satisfied. The inherited sauce is fragrant, and with the additional sauce, the rice keeps going down easily. The rice is Yumepirika, which pairs perfectly with the eel. There are exciting menu options that allow you to enjoy both grilled and white eel, as well as Kansai-style and Kanto-style dishes. It takes a little time to be served, but they let you know in advance, so you can wait with peace of mind. The bone crackers, miso soup, and burdock tea are also delicious, making you feel happy until the very end.
