Ramen for Nibonibo lovers! Ramen Inoue] Shirite The best ramen restaurant in Japan! Ramen Iinoue] Shirate ★Eating log 3.80★ Business hours: 11:00 - 14:30 Closed: Monday Famous for its niboshi ramen. It has been ranked among the 100 best ramen restaurants in EAST. Recently, I have been addicted to niboshi ramen, so I was interested in visiting the restaurant. It is about a five-minute walk from Shirate Station. It is located in a quite alley, so it may be hard to find for first-time visitors. The blue sign is a landmark. There is no parking lot and the street is narrow, so if you are driving to the restaurant, you may need to park at a parking lot far away from the restaurant. The restaurant is small, with three seats at the counter and one table (for four people). It looks like an old ramen shop. The turnover is not good, but I was able to get in in about 10 minutes with good timing. The restaurant is run by the owner alone. The menu I ordered Ramen: 750 yen Rating: ★★★★ (5 stars) Ajitama 100 yen Chushuu pork 150yen You have to order and ask for a double ball in advance. The color of the soup is so clear that you can almost smell the smell of dried sardines. The color of the broth looks as if it smells of dried sardines. However, when you try it, you will find that it is surprisingly mild and has little bitterness. Chashu pork, onions, and flavored eggs also go well with the soup. The amount of soup is not that large, so it is better to be patient if you want to have another bowl. As the reviews say, the niboshi ramen is delicious. I think it is one of the top level of niboshi ramen restaurants. Thank you very much.
