The style is to take off your shoes and step up, and I feel excited by the sound of the iron plate in front of me. There are both counter and table seating, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The specialty okonomiyaki is filled with plenty of cabbage, and the use of eggs both above and below provides a satisfying experience. The aroma of garlic wafts through the air, and it stays hot until the end thanks to the heat of the iron plate, which is delightful. The combination of Otafuku sauce and mayonnaise works well together, and the sweetness of the cabbage comes through clearly. The okonomiyaki made with fresh noodles from Isono Seimen in Hiroshima and Tamago no Aji is distinctly chewy and flavorful, making it very delicious.
