In a place surrounded by countryside, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The homemade fresh pasta has a firm texture, and the thin noodles slide down smoothly. A cold dish fragrant with herbs and lemon is refreshing, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. Vegetables from the home garden are used, and the flavors of the ingredients come through strongly. Handmade sweets like blueberry desserts have a gentle sweetness that is comforting. The workshop and garden seating, where you can feel the jazz vibe, are enjoyable, and there's a playful element with the option to have a barbecue outside.
