Entering the restaurant, the calm and stylish atmosphere lifts your spirits. From the counter, you can see the open kitchen, where the chef stretches the dough and puts it into the oven, creating a lively experience. The pizza dough, made with blended flour and high hydration, has a light texture and was surprisingly delicious from the very first bite. The appetizers and pasta are also diverse, and you can tell that each dish is carefully prepared. The chef casually explains the characteristics of the dishes, allowing for a deeper appreciation of the flavors. The wine suggestions were also spot on, making it memorable to enjoy the pairing with the food.

I visited for the first time at the recommendation of a friend, and the interior has a bright and stylish atmosphere. The kitchen and large oven visible from the counter seats are impressive and exciting. The pizza has a fluffy and chewy crust, and the deliciously baked flavor is irresistible. There are plenty of options for appetizers and pasta, and you can feel the care put into each dish. The chef friendly shares tips about the dishes, making the meal even more enjoyable. I was able to savor it slowly with wine and had a very fulfilling time.
