The thick-walled building made of earth and straw has an open space, allowing the wind to flow through comfortably. The light pouring in from the windows and the flicker of candles combine to make the interior feel like a house from a story. The curry, spiced just right, has a prominent cardamom aroma, and the combination with the fried vegetables was excellent. The chewy rice is coated with a gently spicy roux, making it impossible to stop eating until the end. The refreshing light-roasted coffee has little bitterness, and enjoying it with homemade sweets brings a feeling of happiness. As you stroll through the terrace, the detached area, and even the treehouse, you can feel time flowing slowly.
