Since it was GW, I guess it was inevitable that service would be slow, but I was really disappointed when the snacks we asked for after dinner were brought first and our order of food, which was ready on the serving table, was left for more than 10 minutes without being served and then brought to the table as it was. We had tempura, curry, and soup.
As soon as we started eating, we were served a parfait with ice cream.
I was really disappointed when they brought us a parfait with ice cream right after we started eating.
I told them that the ice cream would melt, but they didn't seem to understand.

I was at the reception about 15 minutes before my appointment.
I stood and waited, but no one approached me.
The cashier next to me was crowded with shoppers and diners.
I waited for about 8 minutes and asked for help.

The seat we were shown was a large table with a lot of empty space, but the cash register was crowded and people were standing and waiting with their backs to the table.

I had commented when I made the reservation that I would like a seat with a view of the garden if possible, but it depends on the situation and I wish she would have asked me.
I was looking forward to coming from Osaka and was very disappointed.
I was so disappointed that I cancelled my reservation and left.
I love Kyoto restaurants and heard that this one was very nice, but I will never go there again.
