The interior is sparkling, and once you enter the private room, you can relax comfortably. In the aquarium near the entrance, fish from the Seto Inland Sea are swimming energetically, and just watching them was exciting. When I had the filefish with its liver, the rich umami spread instantly, and it was moving. The horse mackerel was made into a fragrant cracker down to the bones, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The presentation is gorgeous, and you can feel the commitment to the ingredients in each dish. There is a selection of famous sake from all over the country, but pairing it with the local Etsukaijin made me even happier.
