The sashimi is abundant, and the freshness of the seafood is high, even the seaweed is delicious. There is a good balance of shellfish and red meat, making each bite a delight. There are plenty of dishes using wheat gluten, and the variations in flavors such as spicy, sweet and sour, and stewed are enjoyable. The curry, fragrant with spices, has a rich flavor from the beef tendon and pairs well with the crispy wheat gluten topping. The drip coffee is aromatic and easy to drink, and the salads and soups are carefully prepared, providing satisfaction. Highballs and sake are also available, along with shaved ice, creating a comfortable atmosphere that feels close to the community.
