The entrance has a home-like style where you take off your shoes, creating a comforting atmosphere as if you have come to a relative's house. There is a fragrant smell rising from the grill that really stimulates the appetite. The eel is tender, and the skin does not become tough, with a light charcoal flavor that makes it very delicious. The sauce has a light aftertaste that is not overwhelming, allowing you to enjoy it without getting tired of it until the end. The salad and side dishes are delightful, and the bowl of miso soup is comforting. There are also pickles like Nara-zuke, and when you sprinkle a little sansho pepper, the aroma enhances, further increasing satisfaction.
