The sign outside is prominent, and I am immediately drawn to the building with a Japanese atmosphere. Inside, it is spacious with both chair seating and tatami rooms, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. There are many options to choose from, including sets and desserts, making it enjoyable just to look at. I can compare green soba and Nanbu soba, and the smooth texture is pleasant. The dipping sauce has a gentle aroma of bonito and mackerel, with a hint of sweetness and a good aftertaste. Finally, when I pour in the soba broth, it has a perfect thickness, making me feel at ease.
