Roast beef plate / Tonpei-style omelette / Sea bream carpaccio / Bismarck / Chicken ham caprese / Fondant chocolat I was curious about this restaurant. The restaurant is more compact than I had expected, and it looks like you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. When I opened the menu, I found a wide variety of dishes, all of which looked delicious. I chose one while having a hard time deciding. First, a fluffy omelet with okonomiyaki sauce and dried bonito flakes. I had an image of a Western-style restaurant, so I was glad to have this type of food as well & the range of dishes is wonderful. Next up was the roast beef, which was moist and had a good taste of lean meat. The acidity of the special sauce matched well with the roast beef, and even though I am of the opinion that roast beef does not go well with rice, I couldn't help but eat it with rice. Carpaccio is one of several types of carpaccio on the menu. The sparkling appearance of the Carpaccio as it was brought to the table caught my attention. Beautiful. No fishy smell, and delicious on the tongue~(^O^) filling. Bismarck has a firm pancetta? is on top. When you break the egg, you can't help but smile at the sight. The meat flavor with plenty of cheese is happiness itself. I think it is rare to have such a rich meat on a pizza. For dessert, there was fondant chocolat. It appeared freshly baked, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. When you break the dough, the chocolate melts. It was rich and delicious. I could feel that the dishes and desserts were carefully prepared, and it was a hearty dinner.
