It's a calm shop where locals gather, and it's fun to choose not only soba but also ramen and chilled Chinese noodles. The handmade mori soba has a slight sweetness in the dipping sauce, and the texture was light and smooth. The chilled Chinese noodles surprisingly omit the standard cucumber and instead feature a colorful and fresh combination of tomato, seaweed, and thick omelet. The noodles are low in water content, providing a good bite, and even in a cold dish, the firmness is distinctly felt. The hot ramen has a clear, fragrant broth that pairs excellently with the thin noodles, resulting in a finish that feels far beyond what you would expect from a soba shop. The cheerful staff's service was also pleasant, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a good mood until the end.
