The counter that surrounds the grill is comfortable, and although the shop is small, it has a calming atmosphere. It's located in a somewhat hidden spot at the back of an alley, making it feel like a little hideaway. There are many types of skewers available, including offal, which makes it fun to choose. The grilled items are placed on a plate at the counter, allowing you to leisurely transfer them to your own plate and enjoy. The 'shakkuri' (beef skirt) and red miso soup are particularly memorable in their deliciousness. The place is run by a couple, and the distance in their service is just right, allowing you to feel comfortable even when dining alone in the clean, old-fashioned atmosphere.
