Our signature dish is monjayaki based on a dashi broth that brings out the savory flavor of seafood. Generously using ingredients like shrimp, squid, and scallops and grilled until fragrant, it offers a texture that is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. In addition to the classic mentaiko-mochi monja, we also offer inventive original monja that incorporate unique ideas, allowing you to enjoy the live, theatrical feel unique to teppan (iron griddle) cooking along with the flavors.

The interior features counter seats, booth seats, and semi-private seating, creating a space that is easy to use for a variety of occasions. In a stylish, bright atmosphere you can enjoy dishes gathered around the iron griddle. The live experience of the staff grilling is also one of the attractions, allowing you to spend mealtime watching the dishes being prepared.

Opened on October 14, 2025. It was established as one of the stores of the Tokyo-born monjayaki brand "MOHEJI" and operates as a place where you can enjoy authentic monjayaki and teppanyaki. It is located in Midland Square in front of Nagoya Station, in a convenient location for shopping or meals after work.
