The small shop has a counter at its center and offers an atmosphere that can also be enjoyed as an izakaya at night. The ramen, topped with a generous amount of green onions, has a delightful aroma thanks to the combination of cabbage and garlic chives. The broth is light and easily goes down the throat. The moderately thick curly noodles are smooth to eat and pair perfectly with the soup. The miso ramen comes with meat miso, adding richness, allowing you to fully enjoy the broth as well. The sashimi, oden, and stir-fried dishes are satisfying, with the sweet potato fritters, daikon, and pork cartilage leaving a particularly strong impression.

It is a small shop with a calm atmosphere. There are recommendations on the blackboard, and you can choose while consulting with the staff. The oden, especially the satsuma-age, daikon, pork cartilage, and caramuf, are particularly impressive. The grilled shirako and stir-fried vegetables are also fragrant and satisfying. They carefully teach you how to make shochu with hot water, and I could really understand the difference. You can enjoy ramen during the day and use it as an izakaya at night, with options for miso, salt, and dipping noodles.
