The calm, Japanese-style interior of the restaurant is clean and allows for a relaxed atmosphere. As you pass through the entrance, the enticing aroma of fried foods fills the air, greatly stimulating the appetite. The pork cutlets, both loin and tenderloin, have a thin, crispy coating that is light, and with each bite, the sweetness of the meat spreads gently. The miso soup has a rich dashi flavor that is elegant, pairing perfectly with the cutlets. The sashimi and seafood dishes are also fresh, and the flavor of the sashimi soy sauce enhances the umami of the fish. The friendly staff's service is pleasant, allowing for an enjoyable experience throughout the meal.
