Enjoy the seafood parfait made with sushi from 'Shidashi Furukawa', which has been in business for 50 years in Kaburi, Itoshima City (formerly Maebaru City). <Focus on sushi rice.> The sushi rice is made with a base of Itoshima's citrus vinegar in the seasoned vinegar (resulting in a refreshing finish). <Focus on fresh fish.> The main ingredients such as tuna, salmon, white fish, and blue fish are all fresh. For mackerel, we prepare fatty mackerel using the latest proton freezing method to prevent poisoning from anisakis. <Traditional Gomoku Chirashi> Black rice sushi is layered in two sections for a change in flavor. It can be enjoyed deliciously until the end. <Using black rice from Nijou Akamai Center> Black rice is characterized by its higher content of vitamins and minerals compared to regular rice. It also contains anthocyanins, which are not found in regular rice. The anthocyanins in black rice help eliminate active oxygen generated in the body and aid in recovering from eye strain. Furthermore, anthocyanins are said to strengthen capillaries, improve blood flow, and be effective in recovering from eye fatigue, watery eyes, and blurred vision. Enjoy the poppy texture when you eat it.
