This is a hidden gem located quietly at the back of an alley, and the moment you find it, you feel excited. It's a calming space that has been renovated from a private home, and the style of taking off your shoes at the entrance is interesting. As you go up the stairs, there is a dining area that feels like a living room, where you can relax comfortably. The menu includes grilled fish, simmered dishes, tempura, and doria, all of which feel carefully prepared. It's also nice that chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) is included, and the side dishes and miso soup are all delicious. You can have seconds of rice and miso soup, and the service is warm, making for a pleasant experience.
