This shop is located on the first floor of a small building in a residential area, featuring a counter, tables, and tatami seating, providing a calm atmosphere. Water and wet towels are self-service, conveniently available from the server in the shop. The thick beef tongue is cut into manageable sizes with scissors, and when paired with a green onion-flavored sauce, it is very delicious. It is easy to bite through even on its own, and the clear soup served alongside is comforting. The offal is rich in liver, with a depth of flavor from garlic oil that makes it easy to eat. The portions are generous, and they also accommodate requests for refills of rice and curry sauce, leaving me very satisfied.
