Banh mi has a wonderful aroma, and the runny yolk of the soft-boiled egg seeps into the bread, bringing happiness. The fresh spring rolls have a chewy skin that pairs perfectly with the special sauce. The fried spring rolls are packed with flavorful minced meat, providing a satisfying experience. The pho broth is refreshing, with a light aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. The round noodles in bun bo hue are chewy, and when combined with the clear beef broth, plenty of vegetables, and lime, it is very delicious. The che has a gentle sweetness from the agar and tapioca, leaving a refreshing taste in the mouth.

The staff welcomed us pleasantly, and we felt relieved when the cold lotus tea was served first. The pho has a clear broth with the aroma of herbs, and combined with the tender beef, it makes us keep reaching for more with our chopsticks. The dry mixed noodles are full of herbs, and when tossed with a sweet and sour slightly spicy sauce, they are refreshing to eat. The fresh spring rolls are light, while the fried spring rolls are fragrant and have a solid meat texture, pairing well with the special sauce. The banh mi, with the optional soft-boiled egg added, has a yolk that melts and is irresistible. There are also noodles like bun bo hue, and the clear beef broth filled with plenty of vegetables is easy to drink and satisfying.
